Our Story

We Started IA Movers Because We Were Tired of the Same Story

The "attempted delivery" card that appears when you were definitely home. The parcel photographed on a wet doorstep — on the wrong street. The customer service bot that loops forever without ever resolving a thing.

These aren't rare complaints. According to Ofcom's 2025 post monitoring report, 68% of UK consumers experienced a delivery issue in the past six months. Citizens Advice found that 15 million people were hit by a parcel failure in a single month. And when those people tried to get help, nearly half of them ran into a further problem just trying to resolve it.

IA Movers Company Ltd was founded to answer that gap. We're a new courier and logistics company — and we think being new is an advantage, not a weakness. We haven't inherited broken systems, bloated call centres, or the complacency that comes with size. We're building our reputation one delivery at a time, and right now, every one of those deliveries matters more to us than it does to anyone else in this industry.

We cover local same-day runs all the way to scheduled nationwide shipments — serving individuals, small businesses, and growing e-commerce operations that need a courier they can actually rely on and speak to.
