You're a new company — how do I know I can trust you?
That's a fair question. The honest answer is: you book your first delivery and judge us by the outcome. We don't ask for long commitments, volume minimums, or upfront contracts. We ask for one job — and we earn the rest by doing it properly. Every delivery comes with photo proof. You can speak to a real person at any point. And if something goes wrong, we'll be the first to tell you, not the last.
How quickly can you collect a same-day parcel?
In most areas, we aim to collect within 30–60 minutes of booking. We only confirm a same-day job if we can actually fulfil it — we won't accept a booking and then leave you waiting. Call or message us first and we'll confirm availability before you commit.
What happens if no one is home when you deliver?
We contact you (and the recipient if you provide their number) before attempting delivery. If no one is home and there's no agreed safe place or neighbour instruction from you, we do not leave the parcel unattended — we redeliver. Your parcel's safety matters more than the convenience of dropping and driving off.
Are my parcels insured?
All deliveries are covered by our goods-in-transit insurance. For high-value or fragile items, tell us when you book and we'll make sure appropriate handling and cover is arranged. We'd rather know upfront than find out the hard way.
Do you work with small businesses or only larger accounts?
Small businesses are our core market. We have no volume minimums. If you send one parcel a week or 50 a day, you'll get the same level of service and communication. As your business grows, our pricing and scheduling flexes with you. We're not here to put you in a tier — we're here to be a genuine part of your operation.
What areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. For same-day and local services, we operate in and around our home base and major nearby cities. For next-day and nationwide shipments, every UK postcode is covered. If you're unsure whether we can reach your destination same-day, just ask — we'll be straight with you.
What types of items can you deliver?
Documents, parcels, business stock, retail goods, gifts, food orders, fragile items — we handle a wide range. We do not carry hazardous materials, live animals, or anything prohibited under UK law. If you're not sure whether we can take your item, contact us and we'll tell you honestly rather than take your booking and then turn up and refuse collection.
